Paul Young is an Associate Broker with over 23 years of full-time real estate experience with an emphasis on Real Estate Owned property. Paul is a retired Master Chief in the United States Navy. His military career helps to make him an understanding salesperson for his many military clientele. The Kitsap Peninsula is comprised of a great deal of military and Paul enjoys the opportunity to serve our forces. He assists with making the home buying process easy.
In addition to serving the military population in Kitsap County, Paul specializes in Broker's Price Opinions for Real Estate Owned properties and/or soon to be re-acquired properties. He is an expert in this field after successfully completing hundreds of Broker's Price Opinions in a timely manner, while consistently meeting clients' time frames and expectations.
His many years of expertise and skill directing the re-hab and clean-up of many reacquired properties, has given him the inside advantage of what his R.E.O. clients need. Paul's previous experience includes managing all HUD owned R.E.O. properties in Kitsap and Mason counties. He had to accurately estimate repairs and implement clean-up, repairs and marketing of these real estate owned properties while staying within budget, doing contractor rotations and being knowledgeable in all aspects of contractor law. Properties were effectively marketed and sold while keeping within the Department's goals.

Denia Graham
Denia Graham is primary owner of Electronic Real Estate Services, LLC. This woman owned business is also located in a HUBZone for those government agencies needing to fit more HUBZONE certified contractors into your performance plans.
Denia has made a living in the real estate industry for over 25 years, with 24 of those in R.E.O. properties. She first started in Real Estate Owned properties in 1980 while helping a Savings & Loan with their large R.E.O. inventory in Southern California. Although she had a successful career in R.E.O. management and sales in the Southern CA market, she followed her husband's military career up to the Pacific Northwest in 1986.
She and Paul Young teamed up to successfully bid and receive the award for Real Estate Asset Management for the United States Dept. of Housing & Urban Development for numerous counties in the State of WA in 1987 and continued until 1994.
Denia then partnered with Richard Burris in 1994 to open their own company, Electronic Real Estate Services, LLC. They were awarded the entire State of Washington, under the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Developments contract and continued in that aspect until May of 1999, when the Dept. went to a National contractor. During the five years of Real Estate Asset Management, they successfully cleaned-up, implemented repairs and remodeling, and sold over 1,662 properties through out the State of Washington. We have a good working relationship with other Brokers and assist them throughout the sales process.
Currently, Electronic Real Estate Services, LLC under Denia's direct management, is the Special Property Inspector for AZ, Southern NV, WA, OR and ID for the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development. This requires us to inspect properties in all five states using a Microsoft Access software program for our reports and using digital photography. We successfully complete 100's of R.E.O. inspections on a monthly basis. We look for safety and health hazards to the public, thus limiting our client's liability.
Denia specializes in sales and real estate appraisals in Grays Harbor, Thurston and Mason Counties in the State of Washington. Her emphasis has remained in Real Estate Owned properties. Richard Burris
Richard Burris, also known as "Mike" is a founding partner of Electronic Real Estate Services, LLC and the current Broker. Mike brings with him over 20 years of real estate experience with an emphasis on Real Estate Owned properties as well as Real Estate Appraisals. Mike is a member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and holds the title of "Independent Fee Appraiser (IFA). He has remained very active in all aspects of the N.A.I.F.A.
Richard does quality control inspections on R.E.O.'s in Lewis, Thurston, Pierce, Cowlitz and Pierce counties as well as training new inspectors in WA and NV. He also owns Electronic Appraisals and does quality single family to four-plex appraisals and vacant land in the above referenced counties. He also is an Employee Relocation Appraiser and keeps up with education in all areas of his field. A large portion of his business is Real Estate Owned properties and he stays up-to-date on the latest marketing trends for R.E.O. properties as well as current repair costs to re-hab the properties.
