Founded in 1994 by Denia Graham & Richard Burris, Electronic Real Estate Services, LLC is backed with over 65 years of real estate experience.  Denia Graham started selling and managing R.E.O. properties in 1981 when she took over  R.E.O. management for Central Savings & Loan in Southern California.  In 1986 she relocated to the Pacific Northwest and quickly helped the company she worked for acquire a management contract with the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development.  Since that time she has managed and facilitated closing for other agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service, Fannie Mae and other organizations.

Richard Burris, IFA is a designated Independent Fee Appraiser as well as the broker of the company.  His real estate experience goes back to 1989 and he has had his own Real Estate Appraisal company since 1991, as well as being a partner of Electronic Real Estate Services, LLC.  Richard's vast experience in Real Estate Owned appraisals and his endless continuing education and involvement in this part of the industry as helped clients make smart marketing decisions while really understanding the unique characteristics of their particular property.
